Ingredients:

* 2 pieces bangus (halved and grilled) * 1 bundle string beans (cut into 2") * 2 cups squash (peeled and cubed) * 6 pieces okra (halved) * 1 big ampalaya (cut into 6 parts) * 2 cups water * 3 tablespoons bagoong isda

Procedures:

# In a pot, pour in water and bagoong. # Strain mixture and bring back to heat. # Add in the bangus and vegetables. # Cover and cook well.

Chile Flavored Potato Chips
Ingredients:

4 cup Peanut oil 4 lrg Potatoes, sliced as thin as possible 1/4 cup Chile powder Salt

Procedures:

* 1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan or a deep fryer to 375 F, or until a slice of potato sizzles when immersed. * 2. Fry the chips a few at a time until crisp and golden, about 2 minutes. * 3. Drain on paper towels and toss immediately with the chile powder and salt to taste.

Tomato Beef Stroganoff
Ingredients:

1 1/2 pounds round steak, thinly sliced into 1 x 2-inch strips
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 (10.75-ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (8-ounce) can sliced mushrooms, undrained
1 (6-ounce) can tomato paste
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 (8-ounce) container sour cream (1 cup)
1 (16-ounce) package wide egg noodles

Procedures:

1.Coat beef strips by shaking in a clean plastic bag with flour. Alternatively, dredge each piece in a shallow pan filled with flour.
2.In a small bowl, combine soup, mushrooms (including liquid), tomato paste and Worcestershire sauce; set aside.
3.Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil and quickly brown meat. Stir in onion. Add reserved sauce to meat and simmer, covered, until meat is tender, about 1 to 1-1/2 hours. Add sour cream to sauce just before serving, stirring thoroughly to combine. Heat thoroughly, but do not boil.
4.While meat is cooking, prepare noodles according to package directions. Drain and serve with stroganoff.
Makes 8 servings.
