Relyenong Manok
Ingredients:

# 1 whole chicken (deboned & shape is kept) # 2 tablespoons soy sauce # 1? tablespoons sugar # 2 tablespoons calamansi juice Stuffing # ? kilo ground pork # 1 cup ham (diced) # ? cup bacon (diced) # 10 pieces sliced vienna sausage # ? cup carrots (minced) # ? cup sweet green peas # ? cup raisins # ? cup pickle relish # ? cup grated cheddar cheese # ? cup breadcrumbs # 6 whole eggs (beaten) # Pinch of salt & pepper # 2 tablespoons liquid seasoning # 1 tablespoon sugar # ? cup butter

Procedures:

# Marinate chicken in soy sauce, calamansi and sugar. # In a bowl, mix all stuffing ingredients well. # Stuff chicken in all parts. # Sew the opening and truss the chicken. # Wrap chicken in aluminum foil. # Heat oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for an hour or until chicken is cooked. # Open the foil an rub chicken with butter and put back in oven until color turns golden brown.

Beef Salpicao (Naomi's Version)
Ingredients:

# 250 grams beef tenderloin (cut into chunk cubes) # 2 tablespoons garlic (minced) # Pinch of salt & pepper # Pinch of paprika # 2 tablespoons oyster sauce # 2 tablespoons liquid seasoning # 1 tablespoon butter # 2 tablespoons olive oil

Procedures:

# In a bowl marinate beef in salt & pepper, garlic, paprika and olive oil for a few minutes. # In a saute pan, heat oil in very high heat. # Put in beef and all marinade ingredients and toss very swiftly keeping the heat very high. # Add in the oyster sauce and liquid seasoning while tossing. # Finish with butter. # Serve with garlic rice

Sinaing Sa Gata
Ingredients:

# 6 cups glutinous rice # 2 1/2 cups coconut cream Pinch salt # 4 tablespoons grated young coconut # 1 tablespoon white sugar

Procedures:

# Wash the glutinous rice thoroughly. # Place in a thick saucepan or casserole. # Simmer with coconut milk and salt. # Arrange in a platter and garnish with grated young coconut and sprinkle with sugar.
