1 Tbsp unflavored gelatin
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 can (439 g) DEL MONTE Fruit Cocktail, drained (reserve syrup)
250 ml all-purpose cream, chill
1 DISSOLVE gelatin in 3 Tbsp. water. Add 1/4 cup fruit cocktail syrup. Heat until gelatin is dissolved. Stir in milk and sugar. Chill for 10 minutes or until mixture begins to thicken. Stir in cream.
2 ADD DEL MONTE Fiesta Fruit Cocktail. Pour in individual molds. Cover and chill until set. Top with red cherries as garnish.
